“My mission is to create optimal health for this and future generations by bringing awareness to the connection between the Mind and the Body; why we create the issues in the tissues and why we become the shape we are in?  I believe through teaching you to understand how to be your own therapist (to repair your own body) provides you with the tools to create a great life and healthy body to enjoy it with.

Incorporated throughout the entire realms in which I live, work, facilitate and practice, my philosophy is that life is like a stream that flows deeply within our souls.

I believe in the philosophy that balance must occur between the emotional, spiritual, mental and physical body.  When all four are in unison the human body works in harmony.
